Ayurvedic literature contains numerous references to the rejuvenating effects of a Panchakarma program. Even a 2–3 week Ayurveda course can potentially reduce the biological age of the body by up to five years. During the intensive detoxification and cleansing process, damaged cellular components are removed and replaced with new ones.
This long-term Ayurveda program includes all the high-quality services of our Shunyata Classic Panchakarma program. However, the Ayurvedic cleansing phase (elimination of toxins, metabolic waste, and other deposits) in the Medical Ayurveda program is longer and precisely tailored to your individual medical history. In addition, you receive highly effective medicated Ayurvedic full-body oil treatments, whose active ingredients are transported into every cell and also form storage depots in the bones.
We recommend the Panchakarma Medical program for chronic or serious illnesses, as well as a follow-up treatment after surgery or chemotherapy.

In addition to therapeutic and medical offers, the following services are included in the spa packages:
- Body and energy work takes place 11 times a week in the morning and evening: Tai Chi on the Beach/Yoga/ Body Work with Guided Meditation
- Weekly information and question session on the topic of “Ayurvedic sustenance & detoxification“and”Mentales & movement“, with the aim of optimally integrating the treatment successes experienced into everyday life

Treatments in your Panchakarma Medical Cure
- Relaxing jet lag or welcome massage on the day of arrival (arrival before 16:00)
- Say-Goodbye massage on departure day
- Daily head and/or face massage (30 minutes each)
- Medical foot massage (30 minutes each)
- Daily full body massages as prescribed by our Ayurveda doctors — duration, depending on the massage, 50 minutes to 1 hour
- Relaxing massage, deep relaxation massage, synchronous massage, intensive massage, special massage of the pain zone for example for back and joint problems, Marma point massage to release energy blockages, special massages with deep connective tissue & fascia work to relieve tension
- Thermal treatment, powder treatment, herbal packs.
- Forehead oil casting ”Shirodhara“ (30-45 minute duration/3 or 4 consecutive days)
- Cleansing the Panchakarma according to medical indications: blood cleansing, bowel cleansing (Vasti), inhalations, nose cleansing (Nasya), Shirovasti (head enema), Shiropichu (oil compress in the head area)

- The treatments are supported with Ayurvedic medicine and medicinal massage oils

The Ayurveda treatment officially ends the day before departure with the big final consultation and the flower bath. If your departure time allows it, you will receive a Say-Goodbye massage as a farewell.
The full duration of treatment is at least 3 hours per day.
How your Panchakarma Medical Cure unfolds
The treatment starts with check-in at 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Depending on your arrival (before 16:00), you can start your Ayurveda treatment right away with our jet lag/welcome massage into the spa pampering program.
On the 2nd day in the morning - when the soul has already arrived a little more, the first medical consultation takes place by one of our Ayurveda doctors instead, which will accompany you through the cure. In principle, you will benefit from our dedicated on-site guest service assisted in this consultation in order to avoid any language misunderstandings. Here, the personal treatment plan for your Ayurvedic treatment variant is drawn up and defined in accordance with your constitution and treatment goals. As already indicated above, however, this is not a rigidly fixed process; rather, individual Ayurvedic treatments or combinations of applications, as well as the Ayurvedic medicine set, are adapted to your current overall condition throughout the course of the course of the course.
After the initial consultation, your personalized Ayurvedic treatments will begin. The therapeutic sessions are thoughtfully scheduled throughout the day, allowing your body to fully relax after each treatment - whether in the resort, on the beach, in a secluded area of our garden, or in your private accommodation.
Ample time is also allotted for Ayurvedic meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at set times, which will be communicated to you at the start of your Ayurveda program. Meals can be enjoyed in the beach restaurant, the main restaurant, or, if you prefer, in your private living area.
